The new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023

In the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937, Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 was issued, concerning “the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons reporting breaches of national legislation”.
