Luca Dondi Dall'Orologio
Chief Executive Officer
Economist with experience in the valuation of investment projects, focusing on the real estate and infrastructure sector. Joined Nomisma in 1998 up to his appointment as CEO from 2017 to 2024. Previously held the position of General Manager and Managing Director, with direct responsibility for valuation projects and analysis of real estate and local markets. An RICS Fellow (FRICS) since 2017, he has held positions on the Boards of companies active in the financial, energy and agro-industrial sectors and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Il Sole 24Ore.
Nadia Crisafulli
General Manager
Graduated in Building Engineering-Architecture, she is in Patrigest S.p.A. since 2008. Senior Analyst & City Planning Specialist from 2012 to 2014, with direct responsibility on urban planning analysis to support real estate valuation activities. She has gained professional experience in the United States and she has also been the referent in the relationship between Patrigest S.p.A. and the International Valuation Department of King Sturge LLP in London.
Edoardo Rovida
Head of Valuation & Advisory Department
After earning his Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Management from the Milan Polytechnic, he began his professional career in 2017 at Patrigest. He subsequently worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as Tenant Representation Consultant and then at ARECneprix (illimity Group) as Real Estate Team Leader, gaining expertise in financial analysis, property valuation, capital markets and asset management, supporting clients and stakeholders across various asset classes, including portfolio negotiation and valuation.
Giulia Elena Francesca Sanna
Deputy Head of Research & Data Intelligence Department
After an initial experience in the Research Department of the Parent Company, she returned to the Group with a consolidated professional career in strategic areas of the real estate sector - including advisory, research, fund management, capital markets and agency - acquired in companies that included InvestiRe SGR, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Joivy Invest, where she held the role of Advisory & Operations Manager. She holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management, in addition to a Master's Degree in International Business and Law, and has completed an executive course in the valuation of buildings and real estate portfolios.
Roberto Bandieri
Managing Director
Agronomist with expertise in rural assessments, agronomic consulting, farm management, and the modernisation and digitalisation of agricultural and livestock businesses. He has always been committed to sustainability in the primary sector, with a particular focus on organic farming and balanced and sustainable rural development, and he conducts training for universities and learning institutes. After over twenty years as partner in an associated firm, he founded Ruralset in 2015, is currently Chairman of the Order of Agronomists and Foresters of Modena and has been a member of RICS since 2008.
Angelo Donato Berloco
Consultant
Agronomist and freelance professional, he has over thirty years of experience in property valuation and in credit consulting for agricultural and agro-industrial businesses. Formerly Director of Land Management at ISMEA and Deputy Chairman of AEIAR (European Association of Land Agencies - Brussels), he is currently Chairman of E-Valuations - Istituto di Estimo e Valutazioni (Institute of Appraisals and Valuations), and a member of the Scientific Committee, as well as of Tecnoborsa. He is also a member of TEGOVA’s European Business Valuation Standards Board.
Piero Almiento
Senior Business Advisor
Economist with consolidated experience in the real estate and management sectors. Contributed to the development of real estate transactions in the residential, commercial, hotel and office sectors between 1991 and 2003, subsequently focusing on management consulting and training, working alongside companies in various fields. Since 2006, he has been a lecturer in Marketing Management at SDA Bocconi, covering real estate, SME development, tourism marketing and sports marketing, also carrying out activities to raise awareness and participating in specialist conferences.
