Nadia Crisafulli
General Manager
Graduated in Building Engineering-Architecture, she is in Patrigest S.p.A. since 2008. Senior Analyst & City Planning Specialist from 2012 to 2014, with direct responsibility on urban planning analysis to support real estate valuation activities. She has gained professional experience in the United States and she has also been the referent in the relationship between Patrigest S.p.A. and the International Valuation Department of King Sturge LLP in London.
Pietro Soro
Project Manager
Graduated in business administration, he entered the world of work in 2005 with the role of commercial and financial controller in I.T.T. In 2011 he attended the master in real estate Sda Bocconi / Polytechnic of Milan and joined Bnp Paribas Reim Sgr in the transaction management division. In 2015 he joined the fund management division of the same Sgr and since 2017 he holds the position of head of valuation, reporting directly to the board of directors of the company.
Maurizio Turato
Project Manager
Graduated in Urban Planning and Territorial Policies Sciences at Polytechnic University of Milan in 2007, he began his career as evaluator in 2008 in REAG, then continued in DTZ Italy and in Savills Italy before joining Patrigest in 2020. Previously, during the university period, he collaborated with some architectural firms as well as teaching assistant for some degree courses at the Polytechnic University of Milan. RICS member since 2015, Valuation sector, Registered Valuer.
Giovanni Sparvoli
Strategic Advisor
Graduated in Electrical Engineering, he has held important roles aimed at the management and enhancement of real estate assets in leading companies including Telecom Italia, Enel, Eni, Centostazioni of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group. The experience gained over the years in the largest Italian companies has allowed him to acquire important skills in the field of Corporate Real Estate Management.
